Terms of Sale & Service Agreement
REF: LC-TOS-20261. Introduction & Contracting Parties
These Terms of Sale & Service ("Agreement") govern the purchase, pre-order reservation, and use of the Lunite One space projection system and associated hardware, software, and services provided by Lunite Commerce Inc. ("Lunite", "we", "us", or "our"), having its registered corporate office at:

By accessing this site, registering for a pre-order batch, or purchasing a Lunite product, you enter into a legally binding contract governed by the laws of Karnataka and the Union of India, without prejudice to mandatory international consumer statutory protections in your country of residence.
2. Pre-Order Reservations & Founders Batch Allocation
Pre-orders placed for Lunite One Early Founders Batch represent an official manufacturing priority queue reservation at the discounted rate of $349 USD (MSRP $499 USD).
- Zero Upfront Deposit: Reservation registrations do not charge your payment card at the initial time of reservation form submission.
- Order Confirmation: Prior to production allocation and dispatch (estimated Early 2026), you will receive a secure checkout invitation with verified shipping calculations, duties, and applicable taxes.
- Cancellation & Modifications: You may cancel or modify your reservation at any time prior to shipment dispatch with zero cancellation penalty.
3. Intellectual Property & Firmware License
All hardware designs, CAD models, optical geometries, circuit schematics, brand names, and software firmware embedded in Lunite devices are the exclusive intellectual property of Lunite Commerce Inc.
Purchasers receive a non-exclusive, revocable, perpetual license to run the on-device firmware and astrophysics calculation engine strictly for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Reverse engineering of encrypted board schematics or unauthorized commercial redistribution of Lunite ephemeris models is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lunite Commerce Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the optical projection unit, including third-party RF broadcast latency or astronomical weather discrepancies.
Privacy Architecture & Data Policy
ZERO CAMERAS • LOCAL FIRST1. The Sanctuary Guarantee: Zero Optical Surveillance
Lunite was specifically designed for bedrooms and personal living spaces. We operate on an unequivocal architectural philosophy: your private sanctuary must never be surveilled.
- Zero Optical Cameras: The Lunite hardware contains zero optical cameras, zero infrared facial scanners, zero CMOS visual sensors, and zero ambient computer-vision lenses.
- Mathematical Auto-Calibration: Starmap alignment and ceiling keystone leveling are achieved strictly through a combination of an internal 9-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) and satellite GPS ephemeris. At no point is an optical picture of your bedroom ever taken.
2. Physical Hardware Microphone Disconnect Switch
To power the optional conversational assistant ("Lunite"), the unit features a dual-microphone acoustic array. To protect your peace of mind:
- A tactile, hardware-level sliding micro-switch physically severs the electrical trace between the microphone capsules and the logic motherboard.
- When the physical switch is disengaged, no software command, remote firmware update, or external exploit can re-enable audio recording, as power to the microphone circuit is physically broken.
3. On-Device Astronomical Computation & Data Minimization
Lunite computes 120,000 star positions, 88 constellations, and planetary transits locally on the embedded processor using mathematical ephemeris formulas.
- GPS Coordinates: Your geographic latitude and longitude are stored solely in non-volatile memory on the physical device to determine the celestial zenith above your house. Your home location is never transmitted, aggregated, or sold to advertising brokers.
- Conversational Audio: Voice queries submitted to the local offline assistant are processed on-device. When cloud-assisted queries are optionally enabled by the user, audio buffers are processed ephemerally and discarded immediately after generation without being retained for corporate AI model training.
ADS-B Sky Scanner Aviation Disclaimer

Lunite One includes an integrated passive 1090MHz radio-frequency receiver and low-latency cloud bridge that captures unencrypted, publicly broadcast Automatic Dependent Surveillance–Broadcast (ADS-B) signals transmitted by civil commercial aircraft in compliance with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards.
2. Non-Navigational & Non-Operational Use Only
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The aircraft paths, ground speeds, cruising altitudes, and flight identifiers projected onto your ceiling are intended strictly for ambient home aesthetic enjoyment, educational stargazing, and artistic contemplation.
- Not an Aviation Aid: The data must never be relied upon for flight navigation, air traffic monitoring, safety-critical decision-making, or operational piloting purposes.
- Latency & Reception: ADS-B reception may vary depending on building shielding, local atmospheric conditions, airframe transponder status, or line-of-sight terrain obstructions. Lunite Commerce Inc. makes no warranty of uninterrupted or real-time zero-millisecond signal telemetry.
- Restricted Military Flights: In accordance with civil aviation protocols, military, state, or privacy-filtered aircraft signals that are masked from public transponder broadcasts will not appear in the projection.

We believe experiencing the live cosmos on your own ceiling is the only true way to appreciate Lunite. Every unit shipped to a retail customer includes our 30-Day In-Home Trial:
- From the confirmed carrier delivery date, you have 30 calendar days to test Lunite in your bedroom or living space.
- If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact info@lunite.space to initiate an immediate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Returned units in original condition with packaging will receive a 100% refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of inspection.
2. 2-Year Comprehensive Limited Hardware Warranty
Lunite Commerce Inc. warrants that your Lunite One hardware product will be free from defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail delivery.
- What is Covered: ALPD 4.0 laser optical assembly, magnetic levitation cooling fan, internal IMU gyro sensor, GPS array, 1090MHz RF tuner, motherboards, tactile brass rotary dial, and power delivery circuitry.
- Remedy: In the event of a covered defect, Lunite Commerce Inc. will, at its option, (a) repair the product using new or certified refurbished components, (b) replace the product with a brand new unit, or (c) issue a full refund of the purchase price.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental liquid submersion, drops exceeding 1.5 meters, physical tampering, unauthorized firmware disassembly, or improper high-voltage power supplies exceeding USB-C PD 100W specifications.
